Groma Hold Partners up Again with Blagoevgrad Children’s Fair
For the second consecutive year Groma Hold is the general sponsor of the Blagoevgrad Children’s Fair organized by the Easy Art Foundation.
Children from Blagoevgrad and other communities in the region became builders, firefighters, artists and inventors as over 40 workshops with different themes competed for their attention. This was the third time the Children’s Fair has been organized in the capital city of Blagoevgrad Province.
This year the attractions offered by the organizers and Groma Hold included a sand box for industrial and road construction where children had the opportunity to see and even climb aboard real construction machinery.
The streets of downtown Blagoevgrad were filled by painted children’s faces, thousands of hand-made papier-mâché toys, magic wands and colors. Kids made napkin flowers, drew on the pavement, and made hand prints. There were special workshops for glass drawing, architectural design, sand drawing and pottery. The children of Blagoevrad learned interesting facts about nature and the world around them.
The Children’s Fair is the first urban festival for children and one of the most anticipated events for kids. Its objective is to introduce children to the worlds of art and culture by organizing creative art workshops outdoors and at various cultural institutions such as galleries and museums.
